In Her Words Only Foundation was born from a legacy of strength, service, and sisterhood. Rooted in the values passed down through generations of Jamaican women — mothers, grandmothers, aunts, and cousins who embodied resilience and grace; our foundation exists to uplift, empower, and restore.

We believe that when women are supported, entire families and communities thrive. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide relief, resources, and renewed hope for women and families affected by hardship, disaster, or displacement. From sending care packages to Jamaica in the wake of hurricanes, to supporting mothers and caregivers right here at home, we are guided by one principle - love in action.

Through donations, volunteerism, and community partnerships, In Her Words Only channels compassion into tangible impact. Every contribution helps us send food, clothing, and essential goods to those in need, fund empowerment initiatives for women, and honor the spirit of giving that built our foundation.

We are more than a nonprofit . We are a movement of women writing new stories of hope, healing, and heritage.
